Conquest is evolving. As our product range grows and our national service capability continues to expand, we are bringing all equipment and solutions under one brand: Conquest. This includes the gradual phasing out of the EcoTeq brand and the full integration of all EcoTeq products, teams and customer support into the Conquest experience.
This transition reflects something our customers have already been telling us. Regardless of where the equipment originated, the trust, service reliability and ongoing partnership they value most sits with Conquest. Moving to one brand simply makes it easier for customers to get what they need, with clarity and confidence. We are even more excited to embark on this exciting new chapter as Conquest celebrates 20 years as a business.
The Conquest journey
Our story began more than 50 years ago in Shepparton as a hands-on service business. What we saw very early was a gap in the market: major global suppliers could deliver equipment, but often struggled with service, spare parts and fast warranty support. Australian operators were left waiting, losing time and productivity.
Then 20 years ago we created Conquest. We sourced reliable, globally proven suppliers from Europe and the USA, and rigorously tested them in Australian conditions. We built a service model designed to respond fast. We stocked parts locally and started to build a national footprint to support customers wherever they operate.
Today, Conquest has grown from this single location into a truly national business with offices and distribution centres across Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Shepparton and Sydney. What has not changed is our commitment to service first thinking and our focus on building genuine, lifelong partnerships.
Why this change is happening
EcoTeq entered the Australian market as an innovator in sustainable outdoor equipment. With electric and zero emissions commercial mowers, transport vehicles and street cleansing equipment, EcoTeq built a strong reputation for performance, safety and environmental sustainability. When it was acquired by the owners of Conquest in 2024, the goal was clear: bring together the strength of Conquest service with the innovation of EcoTeq equipment to offer customers more choice and a better experience.
Over the last year, the two businesses have become one behind the scenes. Customers now deal with one team, one service network and one unified parts and support structure. Bringing the brands together is the natural next step and ensures our communications and product structure match the way we already operate.
What this means for our customers
Whether you manage a single site or a national network, every touchpoint will now come through the Conquest brand. You will see a clearer product range, one website, one social presence and one consistent experience. This removes unnecessary complexity and gives customers a straightforward path to the solutions they need.
A stronger and more complete product offering
With EcoTeq joining the Conquest line up, customers gain even broader choice across four key categories:
- Floor care (sweepers, scrubbers & robotics)
- Mowers
- Street cleansing
- Transport vehicles
All products will sit within a single naming system and brand identity, making it easier to compare options and build the right mix of equipment for each site.
Service that protects your productivity
Conquest was founded on service and that commitment remains at the heart of our promise. Customers have access to:
- Same day breakdown support through our Zero Downtime Program
- A national network of Conquest service technicians
- On-site repairs supported by vans equipped as mobile parts warehouses
- More than 31,000 parts in stock nationally for fast dispatch
- A Melbourne based service hub coordinating national support
This means less waiting, fewer disruptions and a partner that keeps your operations moving.
Innovation backed by reliability
The sustainable, low noise, low maintenance benefits of EcoTeq equipment remain central to our offer. These electric and zero emissions options are now strengthened by the scale, service and reliability of Conquest. You will also see continued investment in new product innovations, including automation, usability, robotics and emerging technologies across all our product categories.
What customers will start to see
- EcoTeq branding will gradually be retired and replaced with Conquest.
- Product names, sales materials and digital assets will align under a simplified Conquest naming structure.
- Our website will transition into a new platform designed around customer experience.

Looking ahead
Our evolution to one unified brand is part of a broader investment in the future of facility maintenance equipment in Australia. With one identity and one purpose, we can scale faster, innovate more confidently and deliver a better experience for every customer, every day.
