Zero Downtime Program

Our Zero Downtime Program (ZDP) is designed to keep you operating when equipment issues occur. With same day service response, emergency back‑up loan equipment, we minimise disruption, protect productivity and help you avoid the impact of unplanned downtime.

Available as standard with of our Premium and Ultimate service packages, and Fully Maintained Rentals, our Zero Downtime Program offers:

• SAME DAY SERVICE: Report emergency breakdowns before 12pm on week days in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney locations, and we’ll send an experienced technician out that same day to repair. You can also contact our tech support team for over-the-phone help.
• EMERGENCY BACK-UP LOAN EQUIPMENT: If your machine cannot be repaired same day, we’ll loan you a temporary machine with the same or similar cleaning capability as your machine – delivered to your site the next working day.
• PROTECTION FOR YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY: To protect your 4-year warranty, we’ll help you look after your machine by regularly undertaking scheduled servicing to maintain the quality of the machine and its parts, as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
• ONSITE OPERATOR TRAINING: We provide extensive education and operator training to minimise the risk of operator error and misuse that can lead to injury or damage to your machine that voids your warranty.
