You’ve already heard that there is no roadmap to navigate this pandemic. We want you to know we’re here for you, offering flexibility and support as we navigate this era together.
Cleaning and hygiene in the workplace has never been more important. We recognise the need to keep essential services businesses operational and minimise disruption to those operating at scaled-down capacity. Our service technicians remain at the ready to respond to emergency breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance. Our technical support team is only a phone call away for troubleshooting and maintenance advice, and spare parts remain available.
Like you, we are continuing to review and revise our safety policies for the protection of our staff and customers alike. Operator training, technical support and site assessments remain available by phone or video conference. All machines are disinfected before leaving our warehouse, and we offer contactless delivery. Where work onsite is necessary, rest assured that we have implemented a stringent COVID-19 safety plan and our team respect the government regulations and site safety policies.
