The ever growing Frankston Hospital was struggling to keep all their floor areas clean, especially due to the extensive amount of different floor areas and high traffic flow through these areas. Like many hospitals they were using the walk behind scrubbing machines, as traditionally they were the only machines able to manoeuvre into tight areas and through the narrow doorways.
