Conquest Perth Open Day Showcases Enhanced Service and Support

On 19 March 2026, Conquest welcomed customers, partners and industry guests to its Perth Open Day, marking the official opening of the new Conquest Perth branch.

The event provided an opportunity to connect with customers, showcase Conquest equipment and, most importantly, demonstrate what this new WA facility means for local support and service.

Supporting WA, Locally and Nationally

The Perth branch has been established for one clear reason: to better support our Perth customers.

With a dedicated facility and local team on the ground, Conquest is now positioned to deliver faster response times, stronger backup and more hands‑on support across the Greater Perth region.

At the same time, customers continue to benefit from the depth and scale of Conquest’s national network, combining local presence with nationwide capability.

“We’re excited to take this next step in the Perth market with the establishment of a dedicated local branch. Having operations based in Perth means our customers now have direct access to locally held stock, spare parts, a dedicated hire fleet and full-service support. This investment allows us to respond faster, provide stronger backup and deliver the level of support Conquest is known for.”
Michael Mathews, Conquest Managing Director

This balance between local delivery and national support is central to how Conquest operates, ensuring consistent, reliable service wherever customers work.

Service at the Core

While Conquest supplies equipment across Australia, the business was built on service, and that service‑first approach remains core to how customers are supported today.

Behind every machine is a national team of technicians, parts specialists and support staff, all focused on keeping operations running efficiently and minimising downtime. It’s this commitment to service that continues to set Conquest apart.

Why Perth Matters

The opening of the Perth facility strengthens Conquest’s ability to support customers with:

  • Stronger local service
  • Faster response times
  • Improved backup and support

Customers now deal directly with a local WA team, while also being supported by Conquest’s broader national infrastructure, ensuring dependable support across multiple sites and locations.

Equipment on Display

On the day, guests had the opportunity to view Conquest’s equipment offering across four key areas:

The Open Day showcased a wide range of industrial and commercial sweepers and scrubbers, commercial mowers, transport vehicles and street cleaning equipment. Guests also received an early look at upcoming releases and the latest innovations from Conquest, including autonomous and battery‑powered cleaning technology.

Highlighted equipment included the HDSA50 Autonomous Floor Scrubber, HDA‑K900 Autonomous Sweeper, and the soon‑to‑be‑released HDS46 battery‑operated upright scrubber.

Live Demonstrations

Throughout the day, attendees were able to get hands‑on with equipment and see performance in real‑world conditions, with live demonstrations of:

  • HD180 Floor Sweeper
  • HDSA50 Autonomous Scrubber
  • HDA‑K900 Autonomous Sweeper
  • New HDS46 Upright Scrubber

These demonstrations provided practical insight into efficiency, productivity and how emerging technologies are being applied across large facilities.

Support & Flexibility That Stands Out

Every site is different, which is why flexibility remains a key part of Conquest’s offering.

A strong point of interest on the day was Short Term Hire, with the ability to hire equipment from as little as one day. This option resonated strongly with customers managing peak workloads, breakdown cover or short‑term requirements.

Conquest also highlighted its Zero Downtime Program (ZDP), designed to keep customers operational through:

  • Loan machines
  • Priority service response
  • Reduced downtime when things don’t go to plan

Looking Ahead

Conquest sincerely thanks everyone who attended the Perth Open Day and looks forward to supporting customers and partners from the new WA base.

With a local team on the ground, backed by the strength of a national business, Conquest continues to deliver service and quality that is unmatched, supporting customers today and into the future.
